Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, I hereby voluntarily, voluntarily, and in my own interests express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by SPETSTEKHNOMASH Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), a legal entity established under the laws of the Russian Federation, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 2411002738, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1022400665154, address: 42I Pogranichnikov Street, Krasnoyarsk, and its affiliates.


This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

  • effective fulfillment of orders, contracts, and other obligations accepted by the Operator as binding on the user;

  • Job title;
  • Place of work;
  • Telephone.


I hereby consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data, using automated and/or non-automated means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, as well as any other actions stipulated by current Russian Federation legislation, both by manual and automated means.


This consent is valid from the date I submit my personal data until the aforementioned purposes for processing my personal data have been achieved. It may be revoked upon my written request, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, «On Personal Data,» by sending a written notice to the following address: 660112, Krasnoyarsk, P. O. Box 5807, Joint-Stock Company «SPETSTEKHNOMASH», marked «Revocation of Consent to Personal Data Processing.» The Operator will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving this notice.


Please note that revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (eng.grohot24.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the Operator’s personal data processing information systems.
