Linear motion vibrating screen - Type 1018
Purpose and use
Double deck horizontal screen type 1018 is intended for separation of bulk materials with a total mass of bulk cargo up to 1 t/m3 in operations:
- dry screening with a surface moisture of a material of not more than 5% and a temperature of not more than 25 °C at a boundary separation size of not less than 13 mm;
- wet screening of coal;
- dehydration, desliming and washing the suspension from the products of their enrichment.
The equipment consists of a box, installation of vibrators, spring supports, setting up the upper and lower screens, fencing of rotating parts, electric motors of the vibrator drive, frame for installation and mounting of electric drives, spray unit. It is made in execution with the right or left arrangement of the drive.
