Purpose and use
Vibrating bar grizzly screen 8KY-NV12 with overhead motor-vibrators is designed for screening bulk materials with a bulk mass of bulk cargo of not more than 1.7 t/m3 with screen inclination of 20° in kimberlitic ore size separation of lump size no more than 600 mm.
The grate of the screen rests with the lower ends on the front support beam through elastic elements, and the upper ends on the rear support beam. Bars are connected to each other by a sub-beam and two connecting sheets. The motor-vibrator is mounted on the beam of the sub-vibrator and is rigidly connected to the bars of the screen.
