Sample crusher - MPL-150M1R
Purpose and use
Sample crusher MPL150-M1R is used for preparation of laboratory samples of coal, lignite, anthracite, shale and products of concentration with size not larger than 150 mm.
Sample preparation equipment includes:
- Mechanical part: frame; feeder; crusher; contracter; feeder drive; crusher rotor drive; a contractile drive
- Electrical equipment set
It is possible to use equipment for the preparation of samples of other minerals with characteristics similar to coal (size, strength, etc.).
The solution is designed to work as part of a sample-processing complex, which also includes a sampler, transporting devices for supplying raw material and removing waste. If necessary, the MPL-150 can be installed independently in the sample-building room of an enterprise.
